SO Advice are delighted to report that they have recently assisted a well-known large Global organisation to source, negotiate and procure a new 100 workstation office in Vienna, Austria.
Martin Halling, Founding Partner and Director of SO Advice was asked by a large international organisation to find new offices in central Europe, in a move away from their existing location within the region.
After an extensive search across the region, suitable premises were found in a new building in Vienna, Austria.
New office space for a large, mobile workforce
Martin’s client had very specific needs in accommodating their large number of flexible workers, and so innovative co-working and communal facilities were demanded, negotiated, and subsequently supplied. The client also had very specific IT, telephony and Infrastructure requirements which needed to be accommodated.
Late summer….and the client is absolutely delighted that their new office project has been delivered on time, within budget, and that their move has been a highly successful one.
