Serviced Offices Client Referral Scheme
SO Advice operates a Client Referral Scheme, which allows you to earn additional income from referrals. It is open to anybody and enables you to refer friends and acquaintances who may be thinking about looking for a new office. We will pay you half of our fee for any qualified referral that we successfully place with a flexible office provider.
SO Advice’s service to you involves a hand-held approach at every step, including identifying suitable properties, arranging the viewings, negotiating the best deal and successfully concluding the contract.
If you are a business then your half of the fee can be simply invoiced to us, alternatively, we can pay retail vouchers of your choice to private individuals (i.e., John Lewis, M&S, etc).
