Victoria is an area in south west Central London in the City of Westminster around the iconic Victoria station. The area has seen significant redevelopment recently and is a designated area of further development in the Mayor’s London Plan.

Victoria is close to the popular landmarks of Westminster Cathedral, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and the Palace of Westminster and has a number of impressive Georgian squares including Eaton Square, Belgrave Square and Chester Square. Mayfair is also close by making this location ideal for its proximity to other business areas and the amenities of the West End.
