Office space in Berkeley Square, London

Berkeley Square is located in the west of London and has a long history. Originally laid out by architect William Kent in the 1850’s, it still retains its Georgian grandeur. Other notable architects who worked on the square were Robert Adam. However, it’s now primarily luxury office space with very few residential properties remaining. Its prestigious location is underlined by the many famous residents that have lived on the square over the centuries. Winston Churchill, Horace Walpole, Prime Minister George Canning and Charles Rolls, whose cars are now sold from a prominent showroom on the east side of the square, have all lived on Berkeley Square.
