The large building, based in Bletchley near Milton Keynes, is a purpose-built office facility used by multiple tenants and compromises over 63,000 sq. ft. of contemporary office space.

As a landlord and building owner of this impressive building, the operation differs from other Serviced Office operators by not only the sheer size of the site, but also by virtue of being able to offer a wider range of client solutions – from conventional leases to fully serviced solutions.
This diversity of client offering had in turn created some issues in terms of market perception, for example in terms of identity, tenant mix, and the makeup of the centre, and also challenges in terms of maintaining occupancy, efficient management and the marketing of their diverse offering.
