International firm of Solicitors acquire new London HQ through SO Advice.

James Tatham, Founding Partner and Director of SO Advice was approached by the Senior Partner of an International Law firm to find them a new flexible office solution in the City of London, in a move away from their traditional reliance on conventional office space.

Following a de-merger within the firm, this group of partners was looking to break away to form a brand new company, requiring a rapid mobilisation to set up a new HQ for 20 people in a flexible office solution in the City of London.

James’ client had very specific needs in accommodating this group of Partners and their admin team. Unlike other businesses, Lawyers tend to need more space and cannot be confined to the tightest of desk footprints very typical of many serviced and co-working operators today. The right compromise needed to be found that gave our client sufficient private space, with access to great facilities and common breakout areas at the same time. In addition, the style and quality of the serviced office had to match the high aspirations of the firm’s client facing requirements so the space had to look professional and be of the highest standard.
