Martin Halling was appointed as CEME’s retained property consultant with an initial brief to audit CEME’s product offering, external pricing, competitive positioning, and carry out a review of CEME’s sales and marketing strategy with regard to potential occupiers.
The brief included drawing up detailed reports of the business, by conducting interviews with key strategic members of staff, and a thorough familiarisation programme of the entire CEME Campus. Martin’s efforts produced reports which highlighted key action points to be reviewed and implemented, alongside the creation of new bespoke broker and agent channels as more effective routes to market for CEME.
As a direct result of Martin’s consultancy, CEME has enjoyed a significant upturn in occupancy levels. This was due in no small part to Martin’s commitment, drive, and expertise in the commercial property sector.
